The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 經歷過去近兩年的種種，再看大家的評論，只能說大家旁觀是看得清，到自己身上卻又迷了。

三星半 比预期好 开场很喜欢 导演功力比上次有进步 也可能因为庭审戏更适合索金式的快速对白 但人物并没有太立起来
换到现在的话说，如果批评和反对不自由，那么赞美和拥护无意义。
不得不说，艾伦索金的剧本功力太了得了，美国人拍这种题材也是出神入化。 整个电影张力十足，最后的结案陈词差点看哭。为什么一直用理想对抗不公，为什么一直没有放弃，因为全世界再看！
本片要抗争的东西我感觉离七君子原本的诉求还是有点区别的，他们原本的诉求是反越战，但是本片实际争取的是发声权、抗争的是政治打压。
真正牛逼的是片子讲故事的形式，多角度多种叙事，正常叙事、脱口秀、历史影像交叠去拼凑出来一个时代风貌，让它既夸张到锣鼓喧天，又没有丢失扎根历史本身的重量。

惊艳的开场，法庭激烈的交锋，精彩的答辩，机关枪似的台词，思想性的火花四溅，Sorkin借古讽今，以左派视角交出这样一份优秀的作品，来作为对当今灯塔国政治生态和minzhu思想的批判反思。the whole world is watching，同时完美契合当下US大选的时间节点。全员演技无敌，小雀斑和波拉特的对手戏太赞，最后的法庭总结意料之中的燃。
全世界都在看？只是在看，并不能帮我们什么…
片尾曲缓缓唱道“let us make a world in which I believe”, sounds attempting but how selfish, and unfortunately this has always been the American ideology.
是个精彩的好故事，仅此而已。压迫式的直白观点输出真的爱不起来。
7.5/10 除了剪辑很出色，其他的真就很规整。
感觉小雀斑随时都会唱起来：red, the blood of angry men🌝🌝
"审判开始后，很容易就会忘记这一切都是为了谁" ，Abbie实在是个有意思的角色。四星半，庭审最后。。T^T

PS：昨天看“八佰”，今天看这个，我突然觉得中国为什么要宣传反战，中国近现代根本没有对外发起过战争
先严格按照律师的要求做到一切，最后再威胁律师“别搞砸了”【先礼后兵】。
