The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 2021上映，刚好在疫情期间，又是“911”20周年，演出这样一幕剧再合适不过。来自不同地方讲着不同语言的人，因为怀有同样的普遍的人类的情感而得以相聚相惜。
看完直想拍手叫好，几近完美，很可能是我今年看过最好的电影/舞台剧/音乐剧了，百老汇果然名不虚传！
又是一部优秀的音乐剧，节奏轻快，感情真挚。

仅仅拍摄完整的舞台演出，难道不是样板戏？除了时代所限，当年的蓝苹同志在这方面也做得不错了。只感觉是话剧，谁说歌舞片？跟比迪斯尼电影比起来，不过一锅清汤。歌舞起着渲染作用，并没有推动情节。故事只是讲911事件时迫降纽芬兰的多个航班，难道也是带着任务拍的？舞台上的演员有感染力，场景转换既快捷又流畅。然而，低调而艺术的表彰大会仍是表彰大会，看久一点就真没意思。[ZXZJ]

看完勒 倒是没有哭 但是整体很温暖 有的歌很好听 角色也都区分得很明晰 可以从它的歌舞里感受到音乐剧的魅力的程度｜ps：每个人都受制于社会 让我想起了十月底经历的一些事

经常发现眼泪先于大脑感受到情感，或者情绪，我不懂。
个别价值观或体验和我们确有不同，但仅就这部音乐剧作品本身来说，是一部优秀的作品。

因女机长的独白而入坑。前阵疫情的额济纳旗小县城，和剧中的小镇多么相像！
调度太棒了，转换的简单、自然、流畅和明确。
