The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 美国的一些总统，一些议员，一些法官可能并非善茬，美国政府制定的外交政策也常常不符灯塔之名。但美国的宪政，民主，法治将会万古长青，美国的建国理念和国体原则将永垂不朽
也是上课看的，学生都不爱看。对于这段历史我也不了解，虽然有点感兴趣，有些点还是能看懂的，但是还是太晦涩了
对美国的很多制度都不是很了解，通过这部电影又可以知晓一二，小雀斑看着不言不语的，最后开始念名字终于高光。另一位主演对汤姆·海登的评价没有错，是真正的爱国者。
艾伦索金带着强烈个人风格的左派作品，密集犀利的台词是子弹，锋利痛快的剪辑是刀刃，说的是60年代的芝加哥七君子审判，瞄准的却是当今美国。左派与否，这个时代需要民主，民主需要发声。
本来都担心要审美疲劳了，直到听见“Who started the riot? Our blood."这种台词，再次默默感慨，Sorkin还是好懂我的点... 后半程的模拟庭审戏剪辑非常出彩。
最后一幕我整个人大哭，每一个人都值得被纪念。反抗无罪。
在细节上丰盈充沛，在主题上却直接干脆。弗兰克·兰格拉饰演的那个情绪化又不称职的大法官，甚至颇有些暗讽特朗普的意思。
三星半 比预期好 开场很喜欢 导演功力比上次有进步 也可能因为庭审戏更适合索金式的快速对白 但人物并没有太立起来

对话没有含金量，较量不精彩，制作水平中下，剧情拖沓。
有点不像Aaron的感觉了，演员阵容真的很不错，要没他们，恐怕会比茉莉还要垮。美式主旋律现在面临巨大危机，都到连索金都无法挽救的地步了。个人觉得，索金还是专注美剧吧，电影真的需要非常适合他的题材，否则就是这个不上不下的样子，毕竟是舞台出来的，对镜头语言还缺乏一些空间上的想象。
本来就是场荒唐的审判，大篇幅的法庭戏一点也不枯燥，金句频出，很燃。对萨莎·拜伦·科恩刮目相看，Abbie这个人物和他很像，看似玩世不恭，却活得很清醒。
索金证明了他仍然是一位一流的编剧，但并不是一位优秀的导演。法庭戏确实是全片的亮点，但叙事结构处理得相当糟糕，例如示威情节的穿插，电影感觉头重脚轻，角色塑造也不到位，想表达的东西没有办法全部塞进一部电影里，所以每一个角色都显得有点空洞，没有办法得到展开。
一种非常当下的东西，剧作极佳，导演工作平庸
