剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     不算特别上乘，快两个半小时的时长竟然只说到amazing grace，后半段的剧情少了条理，aretha的心路历程始终没有说明白，简单的几次谈话和一场现场完全不够给整部电影或者aretha的一生画上句号。不过这么看来女人成功路上最大的阻碍就是男人和为了应付男人用来自我麻痹的酒精或者药物，撑过来的如aretha、mariah，没撑过来的有Whitney、judy，总而言之不要栽在男人上

    Jennifer Hudson >>>> 《天才》第三季的Cynthia Erivo，几首名曲质量完成度之高，可以看到Jennifer为诠释所投入和付出的巨大心力- -她似乎从很久很久前就做好了准备，并毫无保留地交给所有观众。而且很神奇Tituss Burgess、Marc Maron这些喜剧背景的共演，也能熟练地拿捏各自的部分。她的出生、与母亲的创伤、隐忍、坚持再到对自己的“投诚”，Aretha的故事如同每个伟大并拥有经历的歌者，值得太多书写；但最大的感觉还是整个片做得太音乐向了，所有剧情走向和角度都完全服务于几个要在关键节点呈上的表演。之于整个民权运动的意义，音乐史更大的进程影响，篇幅都被分薄了；是得体的致敬，但不算是最有野心的传记。
