The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 诚然影片中段我也想把导演吊起来陀螺般抽打，但此片的前40分钟和结尾，通篇神话寓言的呈现，非常接近我心目中理想的电影……意象、背景、配乐、光影、调度、表演、布景。未经准备的少年在懵懂中踏上试炼之旅。高文的黄粱一梦，剪接中光阴如白驹过隙。

什么狗屁玩意！神神叨叨故作深沉。一个不学无术的纨绔子弟，平时玩玩小姐，结果临阵逞强，把自己逼上一段莫名其妙的冒险之旅。最后通过一段浮生掠影的意淫然后幡然悔悟重获新生？就这样获得骑士认证了？！你他妈 🤮（另外，明明讲的是英国民间故事结果主演没有一个是英格兰人种 🤢 ）

以皮兰德娄归土为楔子，寄托了还是对哥哥的思悼，穿插历史记录和对死亡的思考，对皮兰德娄遗作改编还是拉了，车厢戏影像确实厉害，看的令人舒坦
看不到大银幕有点遗憾，影像包括用光都很棒。

一个纨绔子弟的成“士”之路，要看懂其中的隐喻象征、考验关卡，势必要了解原著故事及相关背景（或看别人的解读）。导演的改编依然注重形式，并没有什么新的概念或想象。有些东西并没有“为什么”，就是“设定”。影片中的章节小标题，感觉有点浪费了。另外那条出场不少的腰带，略显尬尴。

文本过于私人，看得一知半解，但阻挡不了我对大师级手笔的它的喜爱。在走向海滩撒掉骨灰，由黑白转入彩色，似乎到这里已经是导演私人创作的圆满，但最后掌声响起，镜头定格在顶上的圣像画才是给大家一个戏剧的落幕。#2022十佳。 @2022-06-18
