The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 末世战争+生化武器，底层就是顶层的炮灰。仅仅一部爆米花片而已。
以劳米拉佩斯为首的溜冰小分队历尽千辛万苦护送病毒罐达到目的地又反手摧毁它，还不惜赔上性命。故事还是那个简单的故事，只不过把场景变成了结冰的海面，故事可看性又加了几分。加上劳米拉佩斯一如即往的能打能挨的硬朗作风，还点缀上温情宠女的母亲形象，还是很能吸引住一大批观众欣赏本片的。
在俄乌战争的阶段上映，颇有深意，战争确实伤害的是所有人，战争没有赢家。这是一部想要表达很多的影片，结果都没有表达好。
不是养成系的，不应该叫《小虎墩大英雄》，应该叫《小虎墩立大功》

剧本差一点，台词抖机灵，和姜子牙有的一拼。国漫现在制作水平一点都不差，就差好故事和好好讲故事了。
