The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 老兵和社会格格不入，一心想回到军营，背负送战功狗狗去主人葬礼，然后将其安乐死的任务。老兵把妹，被狗狗干扰，误入大麻农场主家，开始了解狗狗。带着狗狗免费住酒店，结果狗狗失控袭击中东人。进监狱，被放走，和朋友训狗，得知其走出战争阴影过上新生活，和狗狗关系拉近。东西被偷，和狗狗合作找到小偷，发现对方可能是个堕落老兵，开始思考自身处境。雨夜狗狗害怕打雷，老兵温柔以待，自己恐慌症发作时，狗狗陪伴。在送狗狗去安乐死后，选择回头，放弃投身战争的想法，带着狗狗回归正常生活，和妻女修复关系。
人道主义、充分尊重个体、动物保护主义，只在灯塔国。
写情书也很有意思。
一人一狗的公路片，最后也很俗套的回到了相互救赎相互陪伴的结局。好久没看钱老板演的电影了，上一部好像还是《王的男人2》。里面那只狗子和我的猫名字发音一样，还好最后没送去基地处理，要不我都会心疼。有宠物的一定要善待自己的宠物，他们也有喜怒哀乐，更重要的是他们生命里只有你的陪伴。
马犬真可爱！Lulu喜欢看《实习医生格蕾》笑死。人到低谷的时候确实需要一个拉一把的人和触底反弹的勇气。故事本身就非常一般般，全靠钱老板和马犬本身可可爱爱。
因为他袒露了他的vulnerability，那么露露也愿意放下防御，这是信任
ps我知道不该说这个，但是他真的太好看了，睫毛忽闪忽闪，还有弧度恰到好处的嘴唇，这次导演真的给了福利，摄像机动不动就直怼这两个地方，简直无法移开目光
作为翻拍，相比上一版，其实并不太会有剧情方面的惊喜，大概就是看看杰克怎么表演各种情绪转换。
可爱的修狗 帅气的男人，还要什么自行车～ 好看
喜欢，比那些特意渲染人狗情啊，把狗狗拟人化（尤其国产的一批）的电影要好多了。
Again 对内容的理解败在了听力理解上 狱吏和男主的对话听的一知半解 去看望Lulu的兄弟的家庭男主人和男主的对话也一知半解 另外 他为啥中途要去装盲人蹭酒店？还有狗狗参加完葬礼后为啥又要回基地？这些疑惑不明白 不过狗狗颜色特别棒！作为家里也有狗狗的爱狗人士 感觉和狗狗有种特殊的共鸣！开头的狗狗成长记录和参加葬礼那段还都把我看哭了 偷偷抹眼泪。。。狗狗是人类的好朋友 互相拯救吧！

片名真是直接又准确，狗狗片，却不是那种卖惨的煽情片。PTSD是美国大兵的常规职业病，这次选了一个有趣的视角，用功勋犬来相互治愈也算是另辟蹊径。而且整体做的都很简单到位。学会和狗狗交流，才能放下执念，放过自己。
