跟上两部阿婆的比也还是自恋，但是粉丝如我，对肯爵圈地自萌的容忍度其实要高很多；个人/集体回忆碎片的取舍还是有点问题，整体观感偏乏味。

肯尼斯·布拉纳改编他自己的童年，通过对家庭和工人斗争的真情实感打动观众。黑白颜色创造了怀旧的感觉，其他的颜色也帮助场景脱颖而出，配合上雨声、火声或嗡嗡的电视声，一种回忆尽显眼前。他可能也想不出自己该如何平衡那些自己记忆里忽远忽近的东西，但说此片不如《罗马》的，我一万个不服，讲童年的东西，哪用得着那么多匠气。
