The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 跟字母哥的境遇一比，我们参加选秀的周琦，王哲林，还有今年的什么郭昊文啥的，都跟玩儿似的。人家真的是用生命打球。

《王者之路》展现励志者成功路上面临各种压力，生存，亲情，成长，希望，忠诚，机遇等等…是的，这是一部非常棒的电影，人只有自己足够努力，剩下就交给上帝了！
虽然本片在细节上执行得并没什么惊喜，但见到童年的自己和久违的父母就触动我了，拯救世界什么的一点也不重要。
也就开头少年版和成年版的男主相遇时还挺有意思的，其他部分都是乏味的套路，无聊的敷衍。
在某种意义上，肖恩·利维是一个非常精明的抖音系统导演，他清楚的意识到采用什么演员、背景、娱乐元素、主题才能够做出一部合格的网络大电影。他所采取的办法正是当下短视频创作团队的创作思路：拆分与重组。将80S大火的《回到未来》式的穿越冒险作为故事背景（包括配色），主打怀旧色彩（与《失控玩家》一脉相承）。再将死侍绿巨人葛摩拉等一众准一线演员找来做明星背书蹭漫威热度（漫威大牌明星出演，质量有保障，而且都是熟客）。然后将父子情，母子情，自己与自己和解等诸多感人场面以嘴炮金句贯串一气，套个《星球大战》的动作外壳（武器以及人物造型）。这种由点到面的拼盘创作思路是如此的好用且有效，你用了就出活儿，上线就有人夸，以至于各大抖音机构的老师都在传授这种以融梗为核心竞争力的创作方式。这是一种傲慢而悠然自得的不思进取。
令人窒息的婚姻生活还是早点让他滚蛋吧。K的“演”太刻意了。7+
起点不重要终点才重要
信念确实是重要的，英雄的雄气也是不放弃的信念。
死侍娶了卡魔拉，穿越找他爹绿巨人拉上酱油童年拯救世界。前面一些设定还算新颖，到了后面主线剧情又成了典型美国佬救世俗套。
一人得道鸡犬升天 这是大部分贫困的黑人家庭期盼的 挺好的孩子 这两年怎么就变这样了 也可能是球队风气带坏了 因为这个人所以电影只值一星
由于一些特殊原因，雄鹿球迷在国内的球迷氛围中一直不受待见，作为一名雄鹿球迷其实是一件很悲哀的事，甚至很长一段时间不敢在朋友面前承认自己喜欢字母哥。但不可否认，字母的故事足够励志，他也足够令人敬佩，希望这部纪录片能够让更多人认识真实的他!
从一开始就想着看到真正的字母哥，但是感谢电影让我了解了字母哥曲折的人生和励志的故事，虽然有点流水账的烂俗嫌疑，但还是有被感动到，加油字母，成为传奇!
这是字母爸的传记电影吧。熬过低谷，繁花自现。
我们需要更艰辛的成功故事，才能了解成功的不易。字母哥。
