The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 编剧牛，导演更牛！只要编剧感想，敢把刺激的、异域的、他样的、天马行空的冒险碰撞，感觉这个导演都能实现在现存物理条件下的事情发生的合理性。编剧是好莱坞视听大片，人物间情感弱了一些，故事性及戏剧冲突还行吧。

和古墓丽影犯了个一模一样的错误，以为找到个浑身肌肉的演员，就算是还原游戏了，实际上就像小孩偷穿大人衣服一样可笑。

游戏玩家可能还能找找还原度的乐趣，非玩家看得就比较煎熬了，剧情烂不说，寻宝设计敷衍，连动作都没什么看点，演员们都一副赶着打卡下班的样子，妹子也不靓。。
还行吧，至少不像新蝙蝠侠那样看不下去，节奏还可以，还有一些插科打诨。俩男主的戏都还行吧。反派女的头发上到底是啥。
马马虎虎可以看，也就个别动作场景还可以，但是寻宝部分很敷衍

我真的没想到今年的中外电影都这么惨淡，以至于我在短短一周内说了一百次“没有期待就没不会失望”，好莱坞和国产电影好像在欲与《上海堡垒》试比烂，没有最烂，只有更烂。这类寻宝冒险电影的拍摄已经是一张人尽皆知的流水线快餐菜谱：一个不知道从哪个地摊公众号上扒拉的魔幻传说，加上几个一脸蠢样的白男、几个拿腔拿调的脑残反派、几个可有可无的花瓶女演员，再配上完全不好笑的笑话、轰隆作响的特效以及等于没有的文戏，一部“糖衣包屎”就做好啦。具体而言，这部电影里以汤姆荷兰德为代表的白男演员特别蠢，以那个西班牙蠢贼为代表的女演员特别丑，以麦哲伦藏黄金为主线的情节特别生硬，莫名其妙就死掉的西班牙反派和不会好好说话的黑人女boss特别脑残，因此本人的评价特别低。
套路满满，但是娱乐性还不错，两个男主完全是塑料哥们情啊。安东尼班德拉斯死得太突然了。期待下一集荷兰弟哥哥的出现！
22#6 全系列游戏都通关了，带着粉丝滤镜来看。整体剧本挺尴尬的，前面更是闹着玩一样，拍卖会已经够弱智了，在下水道里能藏着密室更是绝，真是不把市政看在眼里，雇佣兵反水虽然是常识，但也太草率了一点……不过后半段渐入佳境，在内森留下坐标之后，整个味道就对了。尤其是海空战，非常舒爽。所以还是很期待第二部！

没完玩过游戏，不过一入场就浓浓的游戏风啊，果然没猜错，不管游戏本身如何吧，电影还是挺有意思的，什么夺宝骑兵和国家宝藏后就没啥好看的寻宝类故事了，小贱贱的rednotice都不能算大盗片其实，还是很有点味道的
