The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 比隔壁的一堆特效大场面好太多了，全片小人物小任务，真正的以小见大。
个人张艺谋十年最佳。煽情稍微有点狠，但最终基本上都起效果了。
实际成品比预告片给人的观感好很多，和《水门桥》大场面正面硬刚不同，本片更讲究对狙的智斗，在结构上层层递进，比隔壁也更有“电影感”。
《狙击手》并没有宏观叙事，而是从一个极小的切入点，集中展现了一场中美精英狙击战。
战争残酷，和平不易，我辈有幸生于这盛世，感谢先烈！
该片在朝战历史的表述上采用了极为自信的态度，中国跟美国在朝鲜打架，却跟朝鲜无关，朝鲜只是那个邋遢贫穷丑陋的小屁孩，他想帮助中国（亮亮）却啥也做不成，最后自己被抓起来纯粹是惹祸，给他擦屁股的还是志愿军，咩有为社会主义阵营牺牲的老套煽情了。

简练克制的小场景战争，却拍出了远胜《水门桥》的残酷和动人。每个演员都恰得其人。
其实我们需要更多这样平庸但有完成度的商业片。

相比宏大叙事聚焦到一场战争中更容易体会到紧张感 这个体量让观影感没有那么疲惫 但老谋子对节奏的把控确实能让人全神贯注 美军的形象终于丰富起来了
惊讶于章宇从以前的“小弟弟”黄毛变成了现在的“大班长”刘文武，他真的好棒
国师拍这种单一场景戏简直比喝水还简单，总体来说7分，无功无过，而且带点经典老派主旋律的味道。
国师在春节档走了一条自己的路子。从目前的口碑来看，观众对《狙击手》非常买账、认可程度出乎意料的高。
这样小视角多好，不用喊口号，不用打鸡血。伟大的牺牲不会矫情。
