The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 即使评分很低，但我确确实实看泪目了两三处，最后的成功也很振奋
第三幕是重头戏，道出很多无奈和挣扎，然后又是怎样从中找到方向。前面的戏略显煽情，然而瑕不掩瑜，应该要多些这种有关怀有温度有鼓舞同时也有思考的电影，这才是香港电影的质地。
吴君如其实很适合这种正常表达的角色 不要总把自己当搞笑的人了
同工不同酬，出现在每一个角落。希望以后能有改善的可能。电影本身就是完成而已。

因为他有一对好父母，所以他的故事没有那么悲伤，反而是很多温情
根据真实事件改编，挺励志感人的一个故事。不搞笑的吴君如也很棒，男主演的很好。
题材很不错，剧本扎实一下就好了，很多情节都硬拗
点映。道理我都懂，本就比较流水账，有点看不进去，再加上那个神似“屁几万”的演员更是让我疯狂出戏。
记得吴君如说过，希望自己再拿一次金像奖。个人觉得，这部电影够呛，但获得个金像奖影后提名，应该问题不大。加油！
这么现实的题材能拍出来已经很不容易了，残疾运动员的生活也太艰辛了，猛男落泪555。吴君如和男主这次演技炸裂啊，对手戏也很有感觉，明年金像奖很有戏。致敬另一位苏神！
演技好，君如影后罗硬。男主可能至少有个提名。残疾人真是不幸，比一般人更艰难啊

有赖于行云流水的人物与叙事切换，影片摆脱了母爱题材的刻意煽情或运动员光环，平实镜头下是向内触摸苏桦伟母子在生活中的踉跄。没有豪言壮举，却尽是被现实生活追逐的无奈。呼吁同工同酬、残疾家庭困境、冠军窘迫生计等社会问题的介入，使镜头探向母爱或运动之外，打破唯金牌论，揭示来自社会制度的捆绑，透视再多的金牌也无法拯救真实的贫穷，成为运动题材的破局之作。
