The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. I may never find a musical that speaks to me like La La Land, or maybe it’s not a musical I should be looking for. And stories like these, they make you wander why, and how could I.

创作者大概是最不能平衡工作和生活的吧。整个人好像分裂成两个，一个还在惯性关心着亲友，一个已经游离出去在想怎么把这个素材好好用起来。又焦虑又冷漠。但是没办法，对于有天赋的人来说，没有什么比创作更重要。最极致的痛苦和甜蜜都因创作产生。唯一美中不足的是加菲唱的一般。/《Superbia》那段几个歌手应该是专业的，Sextet Montage那段那个卷发女生唱得好好！另外力荐《Rent》好吗，有机会看的都去看！
说实话对这类音乐剧电影并不太喜欢。但有一段打动到我 男主回忆自己小时候和朋友在学校里排练唱歌 说 “希望人生每一天都这样度过。”虽然长大后的生活一地鸡毛 但或许会有一件事让你愿意不跟随主流 走入那条看似体面光鲜的上升路径 为主角纯粹而美好的理想主义感动。6.5
将歌舞成功嵌进了情节里，而不仅仅是停留在了简单的插入，人物情绪的展现更是非常丰满，充分把舞台的效果发挥出来，加菲的表演抓住了人物对梦想的坚持和对舞台的奉献，情绪的表达很到位，唱功也真的好。（8/10）

其实不是很喜欢加菲，说不上来的感觉，不算喜欢，也不讨厌。看了乔纳森的照片，两个的相貌，还是有许多相像之处的。
排练和声段落，每个白人中间都夹着一名少数族裔，格外整齐。太服气了，有劲儿吗？真的开始觉得美国片不如法国片好看了。

7.5/10，原来是传记电影。tick,tick持续催促的感觉是一直在的，也喜欢以无数的问号作为结尾。
片中有很多眼熟的音乐剧演员献唱，但轮到加菲就断崖式下跌。
如果和加菲前女友的《爱乐之城》对比，我可能会更喜欢这一部一点点，当然总的是差不多的。
而加菲所有关于内心戏的舞台独白段落，像是在突破第四面墙与观众对话，却让整个片更像舞台剧，也让它比看上去更适合剧院而不是做成电影。
没人比年奔三十还自觉一事无成的人更明白，
其实不如说是一部加菲的粉丝献礼片，什么都有。搞艺术的人的故事总是大同小异，总是离不开和生活中的贫穷、死生病痛较劲，总是不免在爱中错失，总是会选择放弃理想化而向商业屈服。Rent那种风格一直是我不太喜欢的，所以无法全情投入。倒还是频频戳中了。
