The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 情节一般，张力不够，更像是打斗片，历史元素少了些。
动作设计居然还可以，谢苗就是吃了颜值的亏，同时代下，他看起来比释小龙老了十岁。。。。

4.5分，电影本身4星，多0.5星给这个题材。看到烧鸦片那里真的泪目，既悲愤又痛心，真的要铭记历史，吸取教训。剧情紧凑流畅不拖沓，各种反转也很自然，没有故弄玄虚，看得很畅快。谢苗的演技真的大有进步了，打戏一如既往的精彩。杜玉明和姚橹两个老戏骨也给影片增添了不少亮点。看得出导演编剧演员都很认真在对待这部影片。真的希望更多的导演和演员愿意拍这样主题的影片，张哲导演的《血战虎门》和《辛弃疾1162》都不错的。
IP电影不错，不过跟香港电影剧情比，少了一点；但是棒子的剧情取材和衔接非常值得大陆学习，人家才几千万人口，电影工业却如此发达、、、

画面色调怀旧，取景风格鲜明，打戏流畅，剧情紧凑，有经典港片的味道，非常值得一看
很敢拍，现实更接近社会真实的阴暗面，好真实，韩国电影的编剧是很会写

其实是冲着金武烈来看的，金武烈发挥得中规中矩，演得人物有点变态哈哈。
