The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 7.9 关于疫情、关于阿兹海默、关于特殊病患管制的社会暴力、关于卑微的年轻人，第一次警报伴随拉出死者房间昭示浩劫的来临，第二次伴随逃离的车上狂笑象征触犯条例的危机萦绕，第三次则以淋漓直面的质问和切肤的离别之痛加之疗养院的深不见底的不知罪之罪，疯狂地戳痛受众令其清醒，去感受这个社会的病态和粗暴。深焦特写和长镜头运动结合好评
能看出是用心之作但剧本真的一般，结尾的感情渲染太刻意了以至于到最后一刻有点跳戏。摄影是好看的，朱老师也是好看的，最爱的是养老院那天晚上的那场哭戏。
PS:第一次从电影里找不到发行公司，也可能是我没有文化。

朱迪科默今年奉献了两部非常精彩的表演，灾难来临最先受难的永远都是弱势群体
人家3个人，15平方空间，1张床1部座机1部手机，体现出来的绝望感和个体意志，比咱们拍的所有疫情主题作品加起来都牛。
他们将灯光照向了弱势群体，他们不是新闻上滚动的数字，而且真实鲜活的个体，每个人的离去都是冰冷黑暗的切实痛苦。最后的独白是一种无力的控诉，而我们却想为这种无奈的勇敢鼓掌呐喊，这部戏里的朱迪演得太好了！
还有人在提醒你我们曾经度过的可怕岁月，提醒你记住，记住社会体制的所作所为。
