很喜欢电影结尾两位律师的辩护，il n'y a pas une seule vérité…
一件事情，二个方面，不同视角下对同一事件的诠释
吴京的那部前半段还可以，后面冲锋太无脑了，导致情绪根本带不进去。
作為男性首先應該羞愧，再去討論其他。這個影片在這裏沒有現實意義可循。
四个小故事，像命题作文，吴京和章子怡的题材大，却把控不住情感表达，很牵强。
一个事实两种感知，没有真相，或有机会主义强奸，只有红色警戒，么有灰色地带，no means no…silence does not means yes…沉默并非同意，拒绝就是拒绝；ask for yes before you going on….. one night stands or one night rape ? what if your daughter told you she was raped, what will you do? Kill him.
徐峥那一段致敬中国广告史还不错。吴京部分的战争戏太差劲了，甚至没有军事常识，镜头语言也照搬《战马》，当然他本人依旧有复活甲，被九二式重机枪子弹贯胸依然可以继续手刃日本军官。
后面节奏太棒了，没有直接展开说事件完整真相，甚至到最后也没讲

按时间顺序的编排，抗日战争→航天发展→改革开放→现代科技。第一第二个看得好煎熬，吴京的最差，好久没有看过这么假的战争片了。徐峥的最好，查了一下中国第一支广告还真就是参桂养荣酒。沈腾的有几个段子挺好笑，但是整体来看多少有点偏题了。
陪审团和法官的判断力影响了整个最终结果
是女人也是母亲，当个人利益凌驾于一切之上时，最崇高理想是不可能的。

双方的结案陈词阶段很精彩，值得思考和研讨。
没有绝对的正义，也没有绝对的事实，其中关键在于双方或是多方参与人是多样化的，差异一直存在。我觉得最重要的事是无论是与否，给对方带来伤害和痛苦的时候必须加以道歉、反思、以及遏制，以及关注伤者的身心健康问题。
章子怡的最好，诗意有张艺谋那味了，内容丰满。徐峥的其次，也算优秀，少年行太空洞，吴京的太假，骑兵冲锋让我想起了鸦片战争，别这样了。
这什么玩意儿？？？真得救老命了怎么会这么离谱啊？
