The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 剧本质量不错，表演只能说一般水准吧。换个牛逼导演，这片子应该会更好看。
艾伦索金的政治倾向真是个迷……而我已经对这种要做爱不要作战的口号式表面热血完全无感了。
从真实事件改编的这个剧本真的厉害啊，果然王牌编剧。电影中的剪辑包括真实影像的拼接都挺有意思，台词和法庭戏尤其抓人，又见囧瑟夫，好亲切啊。

这是典型的好莱坞年度左翼电影。这几年几乎每年都有这样一部左翼政治理念的电影，例如聚焦、华盛顿邮报。拍摄手法都是纪实冷峻、都是大牌云集，明显不为了票房就冲着各类奖项的政治宣言，像是一个每年必做的功课。
剧本的设置也极为精彩。
劇本及剪接強大，編導功力也比前作《莫莉遊戲》好得多。

……索金这几年，输出比输出形式变得重要了。人物塑造硬得不行，薄如纸。
好好改改剧本说不定能拿奥斯卡，剧情不怎么样，但是还是值得五星。
对美国的很多制度都不是很了解，通过这部电影又可以知晓一二，小雀斑看着不言不语的，最后开始念名字终于高光。另一位主演对汤姆·海登的评价没有错，是真正的爱国者。

众星云集飙戏飙得舒畅爆了，摄影和剪辑把这个老套的真实故事又玩出了一些新意，虽然最后还是主旋律了一把lol，片长限制每个角色只能在有限的时间里刻画所以都不太深刻，反映出的时代，台词我都很喜欢，总体上呈。
