3.5 啧原来和波斯语课一样是真·你的名字，索金老师燃真心是燃，写主旋律剧的编剧们特别值得来学习，只是他的套路化的手法看多了也有点疲乏，煽得点掐得真好，有些目的性的东西也过于明显，也可以说是他的某种投机取巧的方式；以一场庭审串联起的烽火连天却又燃情四海的理想主义的年代，属于芝加哥的街垒之夜，除了新闻镜头，几乎全赖室内调度与演员功力；感觉法官和庭审戏还是有点偏，比如讥讽法官名字都老记不得之类的，不如正正经经严肃型描绘，有些讽刺性的内容点到即止，写出当时的保守局限，继而自然就更能凸显进步意义了不好嘛；“Father, No!” 观众席笑得和片中旁听席一样笑翻了
艾伦·索金太厉害了，一个封闭空间里群像塑造，故事节奏时刻在线。虽然不断来回的博弈，以及不断闪回的记忆片段，会让人稍显不解，但很快又拉回主线。最后的结案也太燃了！竟然看泪目了！！呜呜呜，抵抗非正义的战争，和平万岁！！
密集台词和剪辑，两个多小时必须高度集中以免错过关键细节。可怕的1968年，全球都在闹，会利用媒体的嬉皮士真可爱，一早明白是zz审判，可惜后来死于“自杀”？小雀斑的白左精英真体制内功利分子了，后来还娶了简方达，煽动也是他，煽情也是他。灯塔国一样问题一把，起码还有人拍出来啊~
在美国大选前放出这电影居心叵测啊。电影从人出发再到人，体现不仅美国政体优势和劣势也体现了作为人的权利。艾伦·索金又一部精彩的庭审故事，开场第一次庭审就张力十足，且勾勒出几位角色的性格。演员台词功力好强剪辑好棒
密集对白推动叙事完成结构的典范，法庭戏和闪回片段直接进行交叉剪辑，运动群戏无缝潜入真实记录素材，一场QZ运动中的各方力量犬牙交错，仅在左派阵营就依照不同光谱呈现出从激进到温和派别的合作与对抗，呈现出历史事件的复杂，不能简单以好恶正反进行判断。非常美国的结论，拿人当人的前提和底线是拿法律当法律。
剪辑凌厉又伶俐，台词与场景之间的互文更是自带力量，共同构建起庭审、现场、回忆/讲述交错编织的叙事空间，历史影像在其中穿行无碍，是警铃，更是利刃，劈开时代的外衣剖心而来，历史何其相似，却又何其不同！

还是那个写了新闻编辑室的艾伦索金，过于理想主义但是他好像已经没有那么乐观了。在惨遭强权霸凌的超长庭审拉锯战中插叙导致被告被指控的示威事件，令影片整体台词特别密集并不很有娱乐性。虽然涉事人物众多但是群戏并不是那么多。“有没有可能去年夏天在芝加哥有7个示威者带领1万个卧底警察进行抗议”，笑死“。
有点不像Aaron的感觉了，演员阵容真的很不错，要没他们，恐怕会比茉莉还要垮。美式主旋律现在面临巨大危机，都到连索金都无法挽救的地步了。个人觉得，索金还是专注美剧吧，电影真的需要非常适合他的题材，否则就是这个不上不下的样子，毕竟是舞台出来的，对镜头语言还缺乏一些空间上的想象。
🐂🍺，有意思的是虽然最后他们被判了刑，但是这个刑的力量真是太弱了相较他们而言。法律仿佛成了一个被人操控的小丑，渺小的可怜。权利之人想展示他们的强权地位之力，却自损八千，着实可笑。
说实话觉得有点可笑 看的过程明显感觉到东西方洗的就不是一套脑啊 西方这套感觉洗的更彻底呢

四星半，种族、女权、反战一锅端，很有奥斯卡相，如果不是结尾的“好莱坞式”结局，可以给五星。萨沙拜伦科恩不搞笑起来也挺有魅力的。
有时候不感兴趣，是个老大难问题。再一看到约瑟夫·高登·莱维特就更懊恼。居然支持港独，什么鬼！
把人物讲清楚就没法把事件讲深刻，剪辑的拼贴有在加快节奏，然而其实没必要在人物复述当时的时候立刻附送现场记录，叙事太满没有留白。对话信息量很大，多是一般性的表层描述，以及对角色性格的快速摹写（依靠俏皮话和前后反差），涉及到更深的对民权运动的探讨，这种思考是缺席的，尤其离开法庭讨论来到运动爆发的现场，变成了情绪泛滥的作品事故，几乎失真了。波拉特演得好，马克里朗斯得拿个表演奖吧。

abby是标准的理性主义者 而tom就是标准的政客 永远为了自己的政治前途寻找最佳的路径
用最近从看‘小宝’那里学来的话讲：这个戏是达标的。两小时算篇幅很长了，但感觉上节奏紧凑轻快，不觉得漫长。打个比方，索金是把一篇论文分解成很多条推，每一幕用金句短平快进行信息推送/轰炸，然后大量交叉剪、匹配剪、跳跃剪组合拳带节奏，结果是纯精彩对白推动的高浓度爽片。不要怪角色脸谱化也不要怪人物没有发展，索金的角色主要还是为他的对白服务而不是反之，而且惊喜的是检察官/艾比这俩还是有一丢丢层次感。实体内容来说，还是忠实于公民不服从‘良知唤醒’/‘革命从心开始’路线，在位者恰好大大的坏，制度尚有改良的空间，算不算对制度不公和种族歧视只够老白男隔墙瘙痒的批判就看官自行评判了。里面有一组镇压示威群众警察拿掉编号的镜头，看着令人毛骨悚然，不知是不是在向某地去年致敬，还是全世界震暴警都大大的坏
如果喜欢《社交网络》，那么这部片子肯定对你的胃口。
