剧本老套。封建老伦理。顶级怪兽的儿子是厉害的怪兽，超级教练的孙女是超级教练…摔跤本身就是表演，是有剧本的，异化的摔跤运动员干脆用怪兽代替，反正大家吃一波假象安利就好了。纯正奶头乐滋味，老资本配方。

剧情很老套，而且中间环节没有太跌宕起伏，看下来没有很燃。

不知原著如何，明明是一个很厚重的题材，感觉有点浪费。编剧着眼于战后在寻找中回忆的穿插剪辑略乱。几个人物并不鲜明，内心的东西没有讲透。
