The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 另一种诠释死亡的视角，但生命和精神的延续到底应该沿用那种方式？不是人能控制的，尊崇自然法则吧。片尾如果博士的新顾客是女主那意义或许提升两个档次。
很细腻的软科幻，堪比十五年前的暖暖内含光。

我很喜欢，不管是故事还是空间还是音乐，这种悲悯的呈现很对我的胃口。
导演并没有很好的利用起生命延续这个本可以很深沉的话题，而是把重头戏放在了关于面对死亡和告别的老生常谈上，最终实现的效果也还算不错，但总感觉这个大命题放在这里很奇怪，有太多悬而未解的伦理问题和逻辑缺陷，虽有几处也颇让人动容，但只因观生命消逝的人之常情，更深层次的思考，似乎并未怎么触及，多少有点可惜。

虽然就是一个高概念小品，而且某种程度上还和机械姬很相似，但是几个主演给剧作增色很多。特别是Ali的两个角色，非常有信服力，微表情太牛了，不愧是影帝。
实验地的环境是真好，不知道那里有没有蚊子。
