The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 在细节上丰盈充沛，在主题上却直接干脆。弗兰克·兰格拉饰演的那个情绪化又不称职的大法官，甚至颇有些暗讽特朗普的意思。
此片打分颇高，但相信不少人看得一团雾水，因为对此历史事件并不了解，只是觉得明星多，剪接快，口水多。应该说，中间有些对白不错，比较有意思，纪录片的穿插也非常好，有几位的表演也非常精彩，但整体来说，故事背景不算清楚，开头主要人物介绍不够，缺乏与真实人物的对照，事件太多有些混杂不清，看着挺热闹，其实一地鸡毛。
“民主”“审判”“自由”“反战”
很有意思的群戏，电影背后的故事也很有趣 ，索金和斯皮尔伯格对于现在和60年代的对比确实也挺恰当的。川总对美国的影响居然类似于越战，必须名垂青史了。
虽然很多人不太喜欢艾伦·索金，可我就是看他写的东西觉得爽啊。而且这次的案件，仿佛就是一个纪录片一般。场景穿插也比较好理解了，庭上辩护也是精彩的。但是看多了律政类案件的我就想问，不能换法官？这么biased法官，不能提审换一个么，可烦死我了。
