The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事很空洞。布景有东邪西毒、双旗镇刀客的赶脚。
镜头取景还是比较唯美的，但是剧本有些拉胯，有可能是改来改去把逻辑给改没了，男主老婆开始是不惹事的生活态度，为啥等男主回来就开始怂恿男主去搞事儿呢， 然后把男主给搞没了。 男主被兄弟出卖，我以为千人斩最后会告诉男主，然后也没个下文，总之，男主在这部片子里就是背锅的。 先是背兄弟的锅，然后又背老婆的锅。太惨了。
冷兵器时代的疯子们，刀客们的墓志铭。演员虽然都没名气，倒是形象都很合适。整部电影弥漫着强烈的逝去感。
打戏还行，逻辑不通，尤其男主老婆，莫名奇妙的圣母

这个景色和这个服装，还有村镇，我感觉还是挺符合古代的， 下边的人死的死，伤的伤，高层换一批走狗然后接着舞，接着奏乐，接着喝
剧本是真烂！好没态度！

让人观影感受不佳的主要原因就在于故事设置与人物化妆上。作为一个小成本的网络电影，别整那些巨大的时间跨度，即考验演员也考验道具，何苦来哉。

台词太现代，故事略简单，人物也就那样。尽管有不足，但诚意在，方向对，网大按这个路子走，三年必出爆款精品。

如果把它當作港片來看，其實應該在配樂和服裝上、給兩顆星，但糟糕之處，就在除此之外，無可誇讚。
