Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'

建議直接看片尾 10 分鐘，馬克·魯法洛的表演是全片亮點
流水账，无共情，强煽情，不热血，看了一半就开始想快进，唯一值得给分的点可能就是励志题材和真实改编...

拍得很励志，也很温情。原生家庭父母的美好造就了刻苦勤奋懂事爱家的孩子，这种家教值得太多人学习。
也就网飞还在投拍这种卡司和特效很烧钱，剧情毫无根基胡编乱造的片子了……各种科幻元素大乱炖，瑞安·雷诺兹越来越陷入模式化表演，在儿童片一样幼稚的剧情里耍嘴炮开黄腔，真的看腻了，可能其他漫威退休演员也会面临类似的问题。只有父亲和三个不同时间点的儿子共处、两个穿越来的儿子接球接着接着突然消失时感动了一下。小男主太好看了吧，希望长大以后还这么帅
字母哥的经历实在太有故事可以写了。
非常感人，丑小鸭变白天鹅的故事看来不分国籍，是好莱坞喜欢的剧情，典型的美国追梦之路。

这部片要是在我年龄小五岁的时候看就好了，体验感刚刚好，现在看了后，觉得是偏向儿童类型的科幻作品，甚至想加个标签，适合家庭观影的温情动作片。
真实过程一定不容易，可惜迪士尼没拍出感觉。
在我看来，时间旅行的魅力不是认识什么古代皇帝或见识未来科技，而是重新认识自己，和最亲的人。
科幻壳，家庭壳，主要张力在于原生家庭亲密关系中的把一切想象得理所当然、对家人的忽视、防卫引起的恶意与伤害以及诸多表面下隐藏的角力与脆弱，以及和解。其实不太喜欢这种主题，但算有些笑点，碎嘴男含量超标，有时候真的很想呼一嘴巴😂
流水线大电影，明明集齐一堆巨星却每个人都在照本宣科演自己以前在漫威演过的角色套路，看似预算超足但Catherine Keener年轻版的CG面孔却恐怖到好像游戏画面直接抠图覆盖真人影像，接触不良的排异反应无比诡异。世界上最nerdy的猛男Ryan Reynolds成功实现了演20部电影如演一部，全片剧本敷衍到每一个流程都可闭眼预料，纯纯工业配方一键生成产物。两个女性角色极度刻板功能化，而其实就这类定位明确的幼儿电影而言所有角色都是各司其职的无脑模块罢了。总之假如我是7岁也许还会觉得好看。
和《芬奇》一样无聊，比演员重复漫威人设更可悲的，是向80年代借未来，当下的娱乐电影已经失去了想象未来的能力，它们只能把关于未来的梗放进电影里，并假装陈词滥调是一种致敬。

字母哥的成长故事，当天赋+努力可以抹平并超越起跑线上的的差距，字母成为了王者。简单的为热爱而战与为生存而战没有可比性。
沿用Ryan嘴炮式陈旧套路，还用科幻给亲情做了一大套铺垫，不免有些浪费设定。
