死黨三人的升學危機，不過是娛樂巨鱷向草根階層親近的把戲。未曾想落實到尾，peter犧牲自己，看著女友和基友被錄取，然後自己滿懷神傷，發奮圖強去复讀。這是表達層面最花心思的一處了。挫敗和落空才是現實日常，重頭來過作為結局，對現世的後生們，至少也夠形成撫慰，尤在疫情中，更為重要。
