The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 特别，特别，特别感动。愿所有善行都被铭记，并得到应有的回报。音乐本身不算出彩，绝大多数对白和歌曲节奏都偏快，虽然是为了营造紧张气氛，但如果有更多抒情旋律的适当调剂，整体感觉会更张驰有度。唯一印象深刻的歌是女机长的独唱，旋律优美，而且歌词特别励志。根据真人真事改编的故事线太有感染力了，数次泪目，如果改编成话剧或电影，可能也会出好作品。

Something is missing but I'm here. 前半段航班人员被困的经历，在当前疫情封闭管控的魔幻现实面前显得微不足道。但后半段确实鼓舞人心，重要的是在经历这一切后我仍在这，在困境中寻找快乐，宛若重生。
看完甚至有点庆幸因为疫情取消巡演被退票了，剧不好看，更不好听，几个演员一人分饰多角，我真的会错乱。中间我一度迷失了，这还是音乐剧吗？音乐在哪里？剧情无聊，唱段很少且毫无亮点，就记住了一句 I am an islander，现在的新剧都是这种水准了吗

真是以小见大的好作品！用纽芬兰小岛上的温情和爱来对抗人类历史上最具毁灭性的恶性事件，非常令人感动！对迫降事件后，社区各个层面的反应刻画得也非常还原。考拉唱得真好！

911的20周年，因疫情擦肩而过的Come from away巡演，在此时完成。我还去查了一下纽芬兰岛的位置。希望能早日回归原版剧场
