The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 一场疫情可窥见一个体制，也可反映到政府的响应程度和应急能力，敢于直面这种问题的电影的确是有震撼力的，而这种大环境下也凸显了人性的种种。
前面挺好看的，尤其是涉及到的新冠肺炎，但是最后三分之一转场铺垫过于薄弱，导致对男主线处理非常突兀和尴尬。与此同时，最后结尾对政府的质问，更显得缺乏说服力。
还有人在提醒你我们曾经度过的可怕岁月，提醒你记住，记住社会体制的所作所为。

中间的长镜头，给得太好了。
有人在拍社会反思，有人在拍没有“我们”你们会怎样。新冠三年，有了《援助》和《无耻之徒》，非典20年，还什么都没有。
正对镜头的拷问传承了四百下，浪潮的精神。我们的平凡故事，无人书写。
有人权的地方一直揭露和反思，假装把人当回事儿的地方只爱着急歌颂。
反思的力量远远深刻强大过宣扬，这是我们何以作为个体的人存在于机械般运转的宏大世界上。
看到片尾的字幕，会对这种作品充满敬意，期待有朝一日我们也可以用电影来改变社会

本来以为主题是英国初期疫情，结果后面是对社会和政府的控诉，如果结合得好 那还是挺棒的，但显然结局太赶鸭子上架了反而显得很仓促。整个看下来略显凌乱。。。
Jodie Comer是个好演员，比国内的片子更能打动人
国内应该引进这部啊，多好的宣传:NHS就是屎，CCP天下无敌！
后三十分钟的剧本太过潦草突兀，直接削弱了整部电影的感染力，很可惜
