剧本很有功力，在空间和时间都有限的情况下不断制造戏剧冲突，结合片名“沸点”，就觉得整个过程像是煮开水般逐渐升温，不只是男主自己在面临失控局面，是片中每个人都焦躁不安，被客人嫌恶的女服务员，得不到涨薪的女厨师，被员工惹哭的老板，以及手臂布满伤痕的甜点实习生，电影向我们展示了生活的不易，可除了继续别无他法。

剧情棒，给我的感觉就像是身临其境一样，紧张混乱的氛围，是真给拍出来了，现实中也有如此。
