The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 剧本的确很出色，会联想到《最后的决斗》，只是搬到了现代法庭，电影花费大量的篇幅去丰富饱满人物的个性，在这个看似只有黑与白的案件上延伸出需要讨论的“灰色地带”，这个灰色地带最大的阴影就是千百年来女性地位的处境，同时呼吁所有女性都要勇敢的说“不”。
影片本身在结构和节奏方面硬伤明显，但在性侵的辩证探析方面值得称道。
好喜欢鸭先知，太可爱了。诗也有打动人的地方。另外两个建议不看。
没有想象的好，尤其沈腾的那段，不好看，也不好笑

这部电影不仅在探讨性侵事件中的性别议题，同时也是对观众的一场考验和审判，它是如此值得被探讨，以至于它如果让你一度持有怀疑态度，或能让你进一步反思制度，或者更坚定自己的立场，那都是一种进步。
