The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 印度一个极致保守的国家，都能拍出一部如此商艺俱佳的同性作品，实属难能可贵。主题觉得不是同性平权等，而是人要真实的面对自己，只有如此，才能得到真正的幸福。喜剧部分做的优秀，矛盾和冲突都设置合理，角色也演的很好，除了必有的歌舞，其他都很不错，唯一就是家人态度的转变还是有些太容易了。当然那只有电视剧的长度才够了。
147分钟的电影，太长了。最后被大家所接受，也算是个友善的信号。
宝莱坞能拍出以形婚为背景的电影，已经是一大进步。故事仍有很大的提升空间。
这样的题材如果在欧美拍那就是老掉牙的故事 但是同属东亚国家的传统文化 印度能拍能映就是很大的进步 反观在我们这却仿佛不存在一般 想想真是可悲的很
谈恋爱部分看得好违和，差点没看下去，后来把那部分快进过去，终于看到了结局。由题材可知，印度电影市场确实比我们更开放，看完感觉出柜太难了，电影里的结局现实生活中很难出现吧。
象征意义大于电影意义….不能容忍时间太长的电影。
两个半小时剧情其实有些过长，穿插的歌曲也太多，删减半小时完全不影响电影的完整性。
不俗套不过于正能量

走轻喜剧风格 剧情其实觉得拍得过于理想化……但这种题材能拍出来就比严防死守明令禁止的厉害了
与其奢望敞开心扉接纳彼此，不如期望敞开心扉拥抱世界。虽然世界未必会接纳你，但至少自我接纳，毕竟冲突和难过最多也只是几分钟就平息，起码电影里面是这样子。
在印度能拍出这种电影 真不错 还是挺自由的 结局应该是算现行制度下的happy ending了

近几年欧美同影已经往纯爱或者黑暗时刻反思方向走了，相对保守的印度却开始从认同说起，也是一种进步

至少在直面问题，虽然happy ending比较童话
其余的都不重要，我在这个电影看到这样的节日般的盛况就已经很满足了，认同吧，接受把，向前吧，愤怒吧，骄傲吧。
