Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
It's just a superhero movie why is everybody so freaking out... besides you don't even buy tickets yall just download it for free. It's Disney! What else left to be complained about？

超级美式的动画笑点……无厘头的剧情，一点都不生活向的对白，非常看电波
意外還不錯，比花木蘭好多了。看得出很想討好華裔觀眾，結果因為莫名其妙路滑沒在大陸上映。陳法拉和梁朝偉這麼優良的基因生出了劉思慕，楊紫瓊還對他說他長得和陳法拉很像，我要笑死。張夢兒很颯。看到香港演員元華，梁朝偉和陳法拉都登上好萊塢的舞台覺得很驕傲。
歌舞部分不太get到 前段絮絮叨叨扯东扯西的美式动画 发展到后面竟然带感了很多 也算是很有趣的观感体验
中间还夹着女性独立，却又重男轻女，真是难为你了
★☆☆☆☆ men，我很久没看过这么烂的电影了，消遣华人还宣传华人电影，哦，谢特！特效一般，剧情不入流，有点脑子的就奉劝您别看，我掏心掏肺说的这句话，因为我也没看完，看了一部分，不忍直视，太恶心了。
感觉气场很kongfu panda，尬并好看着。虽然好看，细节考据也很仔细，但是那种功夫熊猫加木乃伊的感觉总是时不时存在着提醒我。还有，看到老王真开心！
配乐也不错，有卧虎藏龙的味道了。
偶然下载的，竟然觉得还挺好看！很像小时候看小神龙俱乐部里《下课后》那种美国动画片，有欢乐有悬疑有吐槽，最后是经典的美式大团圆结局，配着麦记新出的卡滋脆汉堡看完了，yummy～

神兽大战的特效不错。并不觉得选角有问题，当然女主如果也能说中文就更好了。
[09/01纽约首映]高于预期。完全可以想象尚气这种既有当代中国的表达，又有亚裔表达的电影，很容易在很多很低层面的水平搞砸；尚气的处理是超过预期的。从diaspora的视角看：三个年轻人的选角表现出的中文水平和英文口音都和他们角色的经历能对上（生在美国vs青春期离开中国vs一直在亚洲但是英文很好）。中文台词还是有点糟糕，但是不是谷歌翻译那种；更多是漫威的拿腔拿调风格作祟。什么场合用中文、什么场合用英文在双语之间切换也是禁得起推敲的。

又一部多季动画片的剧场版。这部动画片从2011年到现在已经播出了十二季，评分在8.4到9.4之间，好不容易出了剧场版，评分才6.9。这与《奇巧计程车》相似，剧版评分9.5，刚出的剧场版评分才6.1。说明很多动画片或者短剧，习惯了讲一些小巧的故事，精妙又有趣。一旦要把时间延长到电影时长，也就是一个半小时以上，大多会不尽人意。因为导演习惯了短剧，要讲好一个电影时长的故事，其实很难。虽然如此，这部电影依然挺有趣的，相信剧版更好玩，有时间会找来看看。
