剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     前面挺好看的，尤其是涉及到的新冠肺炎，但是最后三分之一转场铺垫过于薄弱，导致对男主线处理非常突兀和尴尬。与此同时，最后结尾对政府的质问，更显得缺乏说服力。

    Help 如果意译成 英国护工 也许比现在的译名 援助 更好。不是全部讲新冠疫情，新冠疫情袭击海尔默兹护理院这个封闭环境大概只占1/3多。但就这50分钟左右的戏让整部电影无比精彩。医疗系统崩溃，海尔默兹病人在疗养院里得不到救助绝望的死去。看过的第六部关于新冠疫情的电影，从《封闭》普通人的封闭压力，到《中国医生》还原式讲述疫情的开始，还有岩井俊二的疯癫，再到help里没有血腥，但用焦点前置的大块黑色配大提琴偶尔一下的紧张感。至少电影人对疫情已经从害怕，好奇到泰然处之和冷静思考。现在的世界冷静是最可贵的，因为太浮躁了。
