The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 故事不够丰满的感觉吧，因为有期待这种西部片至少有两个小时。
西部片的复兴，演员们全片演技在线，剧情步调正常，尼尔森耍枪俐落帅，反派多尔夫也坏得到位
拓荒精神下的孤胆英雄，有些科恩兄弟《大地惊雷》的影子。事了拂衣去，深藏功与名。想起戈达尔说的那句：一部电影只需要一步枪和女孩就够了。我也超想拍酷女孩枪手的故事。
稳赢的局，后面非要中两枪加剧情，最后的死也是老套路了。
美国平民的持枪习惯是有历史依据的，电影不太行。
传统老套路，能看，且其他都很好，唯有最后枪战配不上先前营造的氛围和超高手的水平
有种看了古典西部爽片的感觉，1906年的美国已经是世界第一，具有传奇的老爹逝去，带着传统的西部小子开始闯荡新世界。
纯正的西部片，如果枪战再爽些，老亨利再帅些就更好了。

前面氛围营造的不错，但是最后的大决战也太儿戏了吧，反转也是草率
画面的气质比想象中没有那么西部片，至少地点放在西部。
