The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 好仓促，以至于原版里最闪光的反派，在这里面被拍成了一个变态，而不是悍匪，最终竟然是被黄政民自己（徒手）搞定的，就离谱啊！
一般，专程来看黄政民嘞，没想到剧情很一般感觉没咱们好看。

没有惊喜，绑匪们的智商跟他们的演技一样都不行，全程只剩下西八式耍狠和狂躁。如果是黄氏的粉丝看看cut就可以了。
从原版的警方穷追不舍终破案到黄大神的独力自救其实是很合理的韩国本土化改编，唯一继承了原版的就是真实明星被绑架这个概念，然而黄政民所扮演的黄政民仍旧是一个架空的角色，所以自己演自己也就失去了实际的意义，再加上整个文本又陷入了绑匪内讧自残的闹剧窠臼，反派比起王千源差的又太远，所以尽管黄政民演的十分卖力，仍旧无法拯救全篇的平庸和无趣
几个绑匪也是穷凶极恶的各有特点。

黄政民演的挺卖力，就是这故事特别提不上劲儿，有些地方很刻意，反派还都有些脸谱化。

《解救吾先生》实在没必要翻拍，没有引起普通人共鸣，被绑时间也短，还不如看《省港旗兵》。
根据国内真实事件改编的，比国产刘德华那版好一点点。
