Arkham, 1975: Jonathan Davis' father has disappeared. His tracks lead to Germany, to the Swabian-Franconian Forest where he was stationed after the Second World War. brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'

我们不过是一个个可以被查出并且抹掉的device number而已了。想要施以援手，却发现周围的人都被买断。这不就是铁链女的现实版吗，只不过现实里没有这么解气的结局罢了

虎头蛇尾，除了主角所有角色都是工具人，摄影枯燥无比，故事一句话就能讲清楚。唯一的亮点可能是各种声音的交织。

短平快的轻科幻惊悚片，并且结合了如疫情，AI监控，女性议题，资本阴谋等等当代焦虑，大部分时间里节奏不错，就是最后的反杀高潮开挂感比较强，算是索德伯格一蹶不振之后这些年不错的作品了
惊悚故事拍的很乏味，观感很酷完全基于镜头运用，仰视斜角，所有角度几乎没有一个是正的，压迫感就出来了。
前50分钟拍得相当精彩！整体来看必然有因篇幅所限而不尽如人意之处，但索德伯格对后疫情时代的故事探索值得高看，后疫情社恐、智能家居时代的道德之殇、万物交互后的时空连接，很多浅尝辄止的部分都可以继续发展为风貌不同的电影故事。相当大胆的一部作品。

女性主义电影，索德伯格对电影氛围的塑造极为出色，剧本也很好，结局的反转出人意料，整个片子十分完整。
索德伯格玩票性质的伪疫情题材电影，最后玩成小鬼当家了。佐伊的肢体语言好可爱，更期待她的猫女了！

就喜欢这种从莫名其妙的开头然后慢慢揭开迷雾的真相。男主演技不错的。为爱而战的格局虽然小了点，但打戏还是可以的
「虛擬螢幕」跟「門窗介面」還有「後疫情時代」（隔離）的結合設定算有意思，《後窗》再演出，《春光乍洩》的兇案聲響放大當代版。然而，到後半部女主角不得不出門到大公司後劇情基調就轉向俗爛，追捕反殺的套路。融合一堆當代議題（大數據監控、女權metoo等），可惜沒玩出好東西。
